Packages are generally dispatched within 1-4 days (shipping time) after receipt of payment and are shipped via our logistic companies: UPS, DHL, Hermes, Correos International, TNT, GLS with tracking and drop-off with signature. The transport time from our warehouse to delivery address takes normally 3-12 days. Whichever shipment choice you make, If we have a tracking number, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
The delivery time = shipping time + transport time. Please consider this delivery time before asking us about the delivery status. If your order is still not processed in this time, please contact us at [email protected] with your order reference ( 9 capital letters ).
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
